Jacquette Gatewood

Pastor Jacquette Gatewood is an ordained clergy person with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christian Brother's and a Master of Divinity from the University of Chicago as a Disciples House Scholar. Her diverse professional background includes roles as a Hospice Pastor, Associate Pastor, Hospital Administrator, International Business Management Consultant, and Accountant for various organizations including Fortune 10 companies and the U.S. Government. Jacquette currently volunteers as a Hospice Pastor while running "Homemade" by JaqueInc, a baking and catering business. She speaks nationally on End of Life Care, Mental Wholeness, and Death by Suicide, and serves as a Postvention Team Member with Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network. As the mother of Brian Tate and the late Dr. Julian-Matthew Richardson, she remains dedicated to serving humanity with character and integrity, offering life, love, and hope to all.

Derrick Woods

​Derrick S. Woods, a Houston native raised by Daryl and Paula Woods, is a former collegiate and professional bowler with diverse professional experience. After attending Wichita State University where he contributed to the team's 13th National Championship, Derrick pursued professional bowling with the Professional Bowlers Association, securing one Regional PBA win before transitioning to the business world. His career spans multiple industries, including inventory management, automotive sales, and refrigeration installation coordination. As the Lead Install Coordinator for Imperial Brown, he manages walk-in cooler and freezer installations while previously serving as National Staff Director and Social Media Manager for Royal Flush Apparel. With skills in inventory control, marketing strategy development, contract management, and project coordination, Derrick brings a versatile skill set shaped by his varied professional journey and commitment to effective time management.

Financial Advisor

Glenda Hardy

Glenda brings extensive financial expertise as an experienced accountant who has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies, specializing in cost and inventory accounting. She has served as a Senior Financial Analyst for manufacturing businesses, she applies her analytical skills to drive financial strategy and operational efficiency. As the Receiving Coordinator for a major distribution center, Glenda ensured seamless supply chain operations. Beyond her professional achievements, she is dedicated to mentoring the next generation as a Youth and Young Adult Advisor. Glenda is also an entrepreneur, serving as co-owner of J and I Enterprises, where she applies her financial acumen to business growth and development.

Project Manager

Brian Tate

Brian Tate is a versatile professional with extensive management experience in logistics and operations at FedEx. His career includes serving as Patient Services Director for court-ordered substance use individuals, where he coordinated treatment programs, detoxification services, and counseling support. Brian has also worked as a Counselor at Methodist LeBonheur Children's Hospital. Outside of his professional life, he remains deeply involved in his community through ministry services, youth sports advisory roles for Little League Baseball and basketball, and conducting Bible studies for patients and youth. A talented musician, Brian has held the position of 1st Chair Violin since the age of 5.

Design Consultant 

Jillian Reissig

Jillian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology and ASCP Board Certification in Molecular Genetic Technology from the SHP at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. While working in a clinical labs, she pursued her Health Coach Certification, seeking to combine her conventional background with holistic healing approaches and nutrition. Jillian joined an Integrative Medicine Clinic as a Health/Life Coach, creating personalized health plans and educating patients on lifestyle tools for managing complex conditions. She serves the same clinic as Outreach Coordinator, planning events and developing collaborative partnerships while advocating for patients. Driven by personal health challenges and a passion for understanding the interconnection between physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, Jillian aims to continue leveraging her scientific background, coaching skills, and creativity to support others in their healing journeys.
